Once you start using any product or service of WorldTalk, it means that you have fully understood and agreed to this policy. When using the "Share Dynamics" function in the APP, we will obtain the user's software installation list (only for specific sharing channels, such as QQ, QQ Space, WeChat, and Moments). The purpose is to allow users to independently share the content published on our platform through QQ and WeChat channels, and the scope is limited to this function.

Personalized push notification function: Based on the information collected, we will analyze the characteristics of your preferences, habits, and location and create user portraits in order to provide you with more suitable customized services, such as showing or recommending more relevant (rather than generally pushed) search results, information streams, or advertising/promotional information results. Of course, the content of personalized push notifications also includes regular non-personalized content for you to choose from, such as recommending new relevant content or dynamics to you based on the dynamic content you follow or dynamic publishers of different nationalities. To this end, the information we need to collect includes your device information, log information, and browsing history. If you do not need this function, you can turn off the personalized push notification service. You can turn off personalized push notifications through [My] - [Settings] - [Personalized Push Notification], and we will no longer provide personalized recommendation services.

1. How do we collect and use your personal information?

Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, including name, date of birth, identification number, personal biometric information, address, communication contact information, communication records and content, account passwords, property information, credit information, whereabouts, accommodation information, health and physiological information, and transaction information.

Personal sensitive information refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may endanger personal and property safety, and is likely to cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. You understand and agree that:

1. We are committed to creating a variety of products and services to meet your needs. Because we provide you with a wide variety of products and services, and different users choose to use different specific products/services, the types and scopes of personal information collected and used will be different accordingly. Please refer to the specific product/service functions;

2. In order to bring you a better product and service experience, we are continuously working to improve our technology. As a result, we may launch new or optimized features from time to time, which may require the collection and use of new personal information or change the purpose or method of using personal information. In this regard, we will separately explain to you the purpose, scope and use of the corresponding information by updating this policy, pop-up windows, and page prompts, and provide you with a way to choose your own consent, and collect and use it after obtaining your explicit consent. When you register for WorldTalk services, we will collect your nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number, and the user name and password to be used to create a WorldTalk account. If you agree and authorize us to authorize your account information (avatar, nickname, and other information prompted on the page) to a third party so that you can easily register or log in to a third-party account, we will share the account information you agree and authorize with the third party. In addition, we may obtain relevant information about your registered account on a third-party platform (avatar, nickname, and other information you authorize) from a third party based on your authorization, and bind it with your WorldTalk account, so that you can directly log in and use our products and/or services through a third-party account. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. The above information you provide will continue to be authorized for us to use during your use of this service. When you actively cancel your account, we will anonymize or delete your personal information as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

2. When you register and start using WorldTalk services, we will collect information about the services you use and how you use them and associate this information to ensure that you can use our services normally, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and protect the security of your account. This information includes: Device information: We will receive and record information about the device you use (including device model, operating system version, setting parameters, device configuration, device identification, device network information, device environment, software list, and hardware and software feature information) based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use. Service log information: When you use the products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services and save it as relevant service logs. This includes your browsing, click-to-view and search query content, attention to shared information, published information, as well as IP address, browser type, operator information, language used, access date and time. Please note that individual device information and log information cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, such information will be considered personal information during the combined use period. We will anonymize and de-identify such personal information unless you authorize us or otherwise required by laws and regulations. We will collect information about applications you install or processes in progress.

3. When you use dynamic, video chat/voice chat, and other information publishing functions to publicly publish information, including posting pictures/videos, making comments and Q&A content, you need to enable the corresponding album, camera, and microphone permissions to take photos or videos or voice interaction. Please note that the information you publicly publish may involve your or others' personal information or even personal sensitive information, such as when you choose to upload pictures containing personal information when posting dynamics. Please consider more carefully whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services. The dynamic photos, short videos, comments, and likes you upload will be stored on our servers because storage is necessary to achieve this function. We will store them in an encrypted manner, and you can delete this information at any time. Unless you choose to do so or comply with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above dynamic information to the outside world or use it for purposes other than this function.

4. When you browse and view nearby people, nearby dynamics, and post dynamics with location, we will record your geographic location information after obtaining your voluntary consent to enable location permission . This information is sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will prevent you from using the above functions, but will not affect your normal use of other WorldTalk functions. In addition, you can also turn off related functions at any time. If you are not our registered user but have enabled location permission , you can browse nearby people and nearby dynamics after confirming that you authorize us to extract, disclose and use your geographic location information.

5. When you use game services, we will collect and use your account information, device information, game log information and transaction record information in order to better provide you with game services, improve the game experience, ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of basic game functions, optimize game product performance and ensure the security of your account . If you interact with nearby players through text, pictures, voice, video and other means in the game, after your authorization and consent, we will access your microphone, photo album, camera, and geographic location information to provide you with voice chat, live interaction, and find nearby game players. We may collect and save the above information you send to filter out pornographic, violent, political, abusive, malicious advertising and inappropriate content, so as to purify the game environment and maintain a healthy online environment.

6. When you purchase WorldTalk in-app products or services, we will collect the payment information you provide.

7. When you contact us or file a dispute resolution application, in order to protect the security of your account and system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your user identity . We may save your communication/call records and content (including account information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave) in order to contact you or help you solve problems, or record solutions and results of related problems. In order to provide services and improve service quality, we may also use your other information, including relevant information you provide when you contact customer service, and questionnaire response information you send to us when participating in questionnaire surveys.

8. To improve the security of your use of services provided by us and our affiliates and partners, to protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from infringement, to better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion security risks, and to more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or relevant WorldTalk agreement rules, we may use or integrate your user information, transaction information, device information, relevant network logs, and information that our affiliates and partners obtain your authorization or share with us in accordance with the law to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

You understand and agree that the services we provide may require you to enable access to your location information (geolocation), camera, photo album, microphone (voice), and address book in your device to enable the collection and use of information involved in these permissions. We will pop up a window to prompt you whether you want to enable the corresponding permissions when you use the relevant services. You can view the status of the above permissions item by item in your device settings or the client "More-Settings-Privacy-System Permission Management", and you can decide to turn these permissions on or off at any time. Please note that when you turn on any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you turn off any permission, it means that you have cancelled the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will not be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the permission. However, your decision to turn off the permission will not affect the collection and use of information previously based on your authorization.

10. You understand and agree that the services we provide may require you to turn on your sensors, gyroscope sensors, gravity sensors, acceleration sensors, and clipboard in your device. This is to enable the collection and use of information involved in these permissions. We will pop up a prompt to ask you whether you want to turn on the corresponding permissions when providing relevant services. You can view the status of the above permissions item by item in your device settings or the client's "More-Settings-Privacy-System Permission Management", and you can decide to turn these permissions on or off at any time. Please note that when you turn on any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you turn off any permission, it means that you have canceled the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permissions, nor will we be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the permissions. However, your decision to turn off permissions will not affect the previous collection and use of information based on your authorization.

11. If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to WorldTalk.

12. If we use information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, or if we actively obtain your personal information from a third party, we will obtain your consent in advance.

13. If we obtain your information indirectly from a third party, we will clearly require the third party in writing to collect personal information after obtaining your consent in accordance with the law before collection, and inform you of the shared information content. Sensitive information must be clearly confirmed by you before it is provided to us for use, and the third party is required to make a commitment to the legality and compliance of the source of personal information. If the third party violates the rules, we will clearly require the other party to bear the corresponding legal responsibilities; at the same time, our professional security team will provide security protection for personal information (including classification of sensitive information, access control of sensitive information use, and encrypted storage of sensitive information). We will protect the indirectly obtained personal information with protection means and measures no less than those we use for our own users' personal information.

Exceptions to obtaining authorization

You fully understand and agree that we do not need your authorization to collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances, and we may not agree to your request to correct/modify, delete, cancel, withdraw consent, or request information:

1. Related to our performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;

2. Related to national security and national defense security;

3. Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

4. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;

5. To protect the life and property of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;

6. The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by you on your own initiative;

7. Collecting personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports and government information disclosure channels;

8. Necessary for signing a contract according to your requirements;

9. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;

10. Necessary for legitimate news reporting;

11. When academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research based on public interests and provide the results of academic research or descriptions to the public, they shall de-identify the personal information contained in the results;

12. Other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations.

Please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, or we may conduct de-identified research, statistical analysis and prediction on the collected information to improve the content and layout of WorldTalk, provide product or service support for business decisions, and improve our products and services (including using anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), then the use of such processed data does not require additional notification to you and your consent.

If we stop operating WorldTalk products or services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by sending you a notification or making an announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold.

II. How do we use cookies and similar technologies

To ensure the normal operation of the website and provide you with an easier access experience, we will store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. 3. Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf. We will only share your information for the legitimate, lawful, necessary, specific and clear purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Authorized partners can only access the information needed to perform their duties and may not use this information for any other purpose.

Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:

(1) Authorized partners for advertising and analysis services. We will not share your personally identifiable information with partners that provide advertising and analysis services unless we have your permission. According to the law, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, the sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of such processed data does not require additional notification to you and your consent.

IV. How do we protect your personal information?

(I) We strive to provide security for users' personal information to prevent illegal use, unauthorized access and disclosure, leakage, damage and loss of users' personal information. We will use various security protection measures within a reasonable security level to ensure the security of information. For example, we will use encryption technology (such as SSL), anonymization, and encrypted storage to protect your personal information; establish a trusted protection mechanism to prevent personal information from being maliciously attacked; establish an access control mechanism, comply with the principle of least privilege, and ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information; carry out security and personal information protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of protecting personal information.

(II) We have an industry-leading data security management system that focuses on data and revolves around the data life cycle, which improves the security of the entire system from multiple dimensions, including management institutions, organizational construction, institutional systems, and product technologies. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who can access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits. If a personal information leakage security incident occurs, we will activate the emergency plan to prevent the security incident from expanding, and inform you in the form of push notifications and announcements.

(IV) The Internet is not an absolutely safe environment. We strongly recommend that you do not send personal information using any communication method not recommended by WorldTalk . You can establish connections and share with each other through our services. When you create communication, transactions or sharing through our services, you can independently choose the object of communication, transaction or sharing, as a third party that can see your transaction content, contact information, communication information or information related to the shared content.

If you find that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please contact WorldTalk Customer Service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures based on your request.

Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using our services may involve your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information, such as when you post updates or choose to upload pictures containing personal information in group chats or circles. Please consider more carefully whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services.

Please use a complex password to help us ensure the security of your account. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us.

At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.

V. How do you manage your personal information?

You can access and manage your personal information in the following ways:

(I) Query, correct and supplement your personal information, and obtain a copy of your personal information

You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions provided by laws and regulations. You can access your personal information by yourself in the following ways:

Account Information - If you wish to access or edit the personal information in your account, bind your mobile phone, change your password, add security information or close your account, you can perform such operations by logging into your account and going to "My" - "Settings".

Profile - If you wish to access or edit your nickname, avatar, hometown, date of birth, height, occupation, school, personal signature, and other information in your profile, you can log in to your account and perform such operations through "My" - "View or edit profile".

Dynamic information - You can log in to your account and access or clear your dynamic posting history through "My Dynamics".

If you are unable to access the personal information through the above path, you can contact us at any time through WorldTalk Customer Service. We will respond to your access request within 15 days.

For other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you in accordance with the relevant arrangements in "(VI) Responding to your above requests" of this Article.

(II) Deleting your personal information

You can delete some of your personal information through the methods listed in "(I) Query, correct or supplement your personal information, and obtain a copy of your personal information" in this article.

You may request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;

2. If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;

3. If our handling of personal information seriously violates the agreement with you;

4. If you no longer use our products or services, or you actively cancel your account;

5. If we no longer provide products or services to you permanently.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us as much as possible and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or these entities obtain your independent authorization.

After you or we assist you in deleting information from our services, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

(III) Changing the scope of your authorization

Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed (see "Article 1" of this Privacy Policy). In addition, for the collection and use of additional personal information, you can give or withdraw your authorization and consent in My-Settings or contact WorldTalk customer service.

Once you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of personal information that has been carried out based on your authorization.

(IV) Personal Information Subject Cancelling Account

You can submit an account cancellation application on the "Account Cancellation" page (for example, WorldTalk APP "Settings-Account Cancellation").

After you actively cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information or make it anonymous as required by applicable laws.

5. Constraining information system automatic decision-making

In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms such as information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legal rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation, and we will provide a complaint method without infringing on WorldTalk's business secrets or other user rights and interests or the public interest.

(VI) Responding to your above requests

For security reasons, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint through WorldTalk customer service.

In principle, we do not charge any fees for your reasonable requests, but we will charge a certain cost fee for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repeated, require too many technical means (for example, require the development of new systems or fundamentally change existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are extremely impractical.

In the following circumstances, we will be unable to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:

1. Related to national security and national defense security;

2. Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;

4. There is sufficient evidence to show that the subject of personal information has subjective malice or abuses his rights;

5. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;

6. Involving commercial secrets.

VI. How do we handle personal information of minors?

Without the consent of their parents or guardians, minors are not allowed to create their own user accounts. If you are a minor, we recommend that you ask your parents or guardians to read this Privacy Policy carefully and use our services or provide us with information only with the consent of your parents or guardians.

We will only use or disclose the personal information of minors when permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect minors.

VII. How do we store your personal information?

Your personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China is stored within China.

Generally speaking, we will store and retain your personal information from the date we obtain your personal information when you use the service to 6 months after you cancel your account.

After your personal information exceeds the retention period, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws.

When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you through push notifications or announcements, and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time.

Our Privacy Policy may change.

Without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights under this Privacy Policy. For major changes, we will provide prominent notices (including notifications through WorldTalk public announcements or even pop-up reminders).

Major changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:

1. Our service model undergoes major changes, such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, and the way personal information is used;

2. We have a major change in control, such as a change in ownership due to mergers and acquisitions or restructuring;
